The establishment of Ponorogo Regency (1486 AD) was the result of the conflict resolution between Raden Batoro Katong (Demak Sultanate) and Ki Ageng Kutu (Wengker) which was triggered by differences in beliefs and the struggle for political hegemony. This study aims to analyze the hybrid reconciliation model implemented by Raden Batoro Katong to achieve post-conflict peace and unity. The method used is historical research with heuristic stages, critical historiography, and interpretation, which dissects the data using the framework of modern conflict resolution theory. This study concludes that Batoro Katong's reconciliation model includes two main paths: a political strategy realized through negotiation, the use of strong tactics, and the formation of a reconciliation cabinet; and an ideological strategy implemented through peaceful cultural Islamization. This effort became a solution to end the war, as well as a structural and cultural foundation for the collective identity of the Ponorogo people.
