Efektivitas Penyelesaian Sengketa Hak Konstitusional di Indonesia

Abstract

The issue of protecting and upholding human rights, especially the protection of the constitutional rights of citizens, requires this matter to be regulated and become one of the materials in the constitution (Basic Law). In the system currently in force in Indonesia, if constitutional law is violated or neglected by public or government officials, they can only order and obtain constitutional protection through the constitutional court process at the Constitutional Court through the legal review mechanism against the Constitution as stated in the article. 24C of the 1945 Constitution
